A parking-control application for your officers
Extend your monitoring services with a documented, customisable tool designed for your clients’ private car parks.
Extend an existing monitoring service
The solution is designed for security companies, caretaking services, facility managers and other contractors already working on their clients’ sites. The partner retains the commercial relationship; Security Parking provides the tool, documentation and case handling agreed in the mandate.
- Identified access for several officers and sites
- Customisable co-branded tickets
- Centralised case and dispute handling
- Financial model agreed with each partner

A framework agreed with the entitled party
Before deployment, the rights over the spaces, signage, people authorised to act and desired process are documented. Each officer receives identified access and checks the collected information before recording a case.
Also suitable for car parks without a judicial parking ban
A judicial parking ban is not required to use the application or document unauthorised parking. Depending on the entitled party’s rights, signage and mandate, a civil compensation request may be considered without such a ban. Proceedings based on a judicial parking ban remain separate.
Customised tickets and co-branding
Warnings and compensation requests can display the partner’s identity alongside Security Parking. The wording, amount and presentation are agreed for the site so that the intervention remains clear to motorists and consistent with the partner’s service.
An adaptable commercial model
Depending on the agreement, revenue shares from collected compensation may be paid to the partner or end client, or contribute to reducing the monitoring cost invoiced to the client. The beneficiary, rate and accounting method are set out in the mandate; no automatic offset is assumed.
Clear allocation of responsibilities
The partner documents the facts on behalf of its client and does not issue fines. Security Parking provides the agreed follow-up: case access, payments, disputes, reminders and keeper identification where justified by the mandate and case.
