Two notices left on windscreens can belong to different processes. Read the document before choosing a payment portal or sending a challenge.

Identify the notice

Switzerland's federal fixed-penalty legislation provides a simplified procedure for certain offences. A QR code does not turn a private parking demand into an official fixed penalty.

Note the issuer, location, date, reason and reference. Do not decide the applicable regime solely from the appearance of the land: the site's status and relevant process may need individual examination.

Two separate activities

Security Parking and amende-ordre.ch are separate activities of PMEtool Sàrl. The former works on private parking management among other services; the latter offers a tool for municipalities. Common ownership does not make their notices or processes interchangeable.

Contact the correct service

For a municipal notice, use the municipality's address printed on the document. For a private demand, follow the issuer's contact instructions. Keep copies and correspondence and check the stated deadlines.

This initial check helps direct an enquiry; it does not determine whether an individual claim is valid.
